About The Position

The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and coaching to address quality concerns throughout the business. The Quality Manager will oversee, maintain, and improve the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Additionally, they will develop and maintain the CPE Quality Strategy, incorporating the minimum requirements of IATAF 16949 (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Process Capability, MSA) as appropriate for each Value Stream of the facility. Responsibilities include performing Return Materials Analysis and Non-Conforming Material Analysis, and promoting quality achievement and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in a quality management role
• 5 years applying quality standards & regulations aligned w/ ISO 9001 & AS9100
• 5 years leading site-level quality improvement projects & cross-functional teams
• 5 years working w/ quality management software, including indysoft & Microsoft tools
• 5 years applying lean manufacturing & process control implementation using FEMA, Control Plans, MSA & Process Capabilities
• Certification as an ISO auditor
• At least a green belt in six sigma

• Overseeing, maintaining, & improving the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015
