We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Delmont facility and help shape a culture of accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role has broad influence across the site and beyond. You will lead quality strategy, strengthen management systems, improve process capability, partner directly with customers, and drive initiatives that reduce risk and enhance overall plant performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between strategy, people leadership, technical problem-solving, and customer engagement.
