POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Manager oversees, administers, and supports quality and improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervises day to day operations, trains, and develops QA staff members. Oversees, administers, supports, tracks all Quality Control efforts. Works closely with operations, administration, and corporate-based teams, to ensure cross-functional cooperation and communication. Actively participates in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen/Lean efforts. Reports items or circumstances which may negatively impact quality and help to develop solutions to solve such issues. Participates in the creation and documentation of standard work practices. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
