The Quality Manager will lead and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. The Quality Manager will monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, lead investigations into customer complaints and product nonconformances, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented. Additionally, this position directs the daily operations of the Quality Control Laboratory, ensuring accurate and safe testing, and oversees equipment calibration and validation. The role also involves leading various audits, preparing reports for leadership, supporting new product development, and collaborating with Operations and Engineering. A key aspect of this role is supervising, coaching, and developing Quality Control staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
