About The Position

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing product quality across manufacturing and field operations. This role monitors in-process and pre-shipment quality, manages field-reported concerns, and drives root cause analysis and corrective actions related to product and service issues. The Quality Manager serves as a key point of coordination for quality communication, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or operations-related role preferred
  • Strong experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes preferred
  • Continuous improvement experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout manufacturing and prior to shipment
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications
  • Partner with production teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field-reported quality concerns
  • Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions
  • Communicate corrective actions and timelines to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor service-related issues including short shipments, mis-shipments, and damaged goods
  • Conduct root cause analysis related to picking, packing, labeling, and loading processes
  • Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Track trends and support efforts to reduce recurring issues
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and shipping data
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and performance summaries
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
  • Identify trends and implement process improvements
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality standards and procedures
