About The Position

Experienced nursing leaders are encouraged to consider an anticipated opening and full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare. This is a key leadership role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a large-scale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities. Program elements will include partnering with state agency teams, creating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievances, reviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a timely basis, ensuring a high degree of consistency and quality of reviews, data analysis and reporting, providing technical assistance to HCBS providers, and preparing for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experienced nursing leader
  • Experience with critical incident, grievance and complaint management systems
  • Experience with Home and Community-Based Services
  • Experience working with older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience providing technical assistance to providers

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training and supervising ten remote Quality Reviewers
  • Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities
