About The Position

SANCORP is seeking a Quality Manager to support Operational and Technical Support services for the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The Quality Manager will support the NNCTC I, II, and other NIBIN sites. Responsible for the coordination and administration of activities required to implement and maintain quality throughout the centers, including compliance with specific International Standards. Report to the Program Manager or their designee as approved by the COR. Provide technical guidance for government and technical direction for the contract staff members at the NNCTCs in functions related to accreditation, certification, and quality assurance/control. Work with onsite government and contract staff at the NNCTCs to ensure compliance with the Minimum Required Operating Standards for NIBIN Sites (MROS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 17020, and current American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB) Accreditation Requirements or other accreditation board requirements. Work with onsite government and contract staff at the NNCTCs to monitor and review all program practices that affect the quality of triage, acquisition, and correlation review results on a continuous basis. Schedule, monitor and/or conduct audits of center’s practices, verify compliance with policies and procedures through annual assessments, proficiency testing, corrective action review and other procedures and documentation Assist government staff with creating and writing various documents for the quality management system. Assist the government staff with planning, creating, and implementing various programs for the quality management system. Train and mentor contractor Quality Personnel to develop quality assurance and quality control skills, including understanding compliance with specific International Standards and the customer’s MROS. Sancorp Consulting LLC shall, in its discretion, modify or adjust the position to meet Sancorp’s changing needs. This job description is not a contract and may be adjusted as deemed appropriate at Sancorp’s sole discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or possession of a combination of formal education and professional work experience related to this position.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or Quality Manager.
  • 40+ hours of audit training with MROS and/or International Standards.
  • Experience with International Standards and/or regulatory bodies.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
