About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to support product quality and manufacturing operations across our facilities. This role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to help ensure products meet company and customer expectations while supporting efficient production flow. The Quality Manager will help drive continuous improvement efforts, support problem-solving activities, oversee inspection processes, and lead quality personnel across multiple manufacturing areas including fabrication, machining, paint, assembly, and final inspection. The ideal candidate is practical, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, or production operations
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred
  • Equivalent hands-on manufacturing or quality experience will also be considered
  • Experience in heavy equipment, attachments, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting multi-process or multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Prior leadership experience in a production-facing quality role.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality performance across fabrication, welding, machining, paint, assembly, and final inspection operations
  • Help ensure products meet company and customer quality expectations
  • Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality standards, inspection processes, and acceptance criteria
  • Support efforts to improve process consistency, reduce defects, and minimize scrap and rework
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities
  • Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure products are ready for shipment
  • Help maintain effective quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
  • Ensure quality issues are properly documented and communicated
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to support production and quality goals
  • Communicate quality concerns and help drive timely resolution of issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Lead and support quality inspectors and quality personnel
  • Help promote consistent quality expectations and accountability across operations
  • Provide coaching and training related to quality processes and standards
