About The Position

Direct, lead and supervise the development of a total quality environment with an emphasis on unexcelled customer satisfaction and continual quality improvement. Accomplish quality related objects through the use of quality meetings, planning, training, statistics and internal/external audits. Ensure that processes and products are in compliance with current implemented Quality Management System requirements. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will drive quality excellence, lead Lean initiatives, and shape operational performance across multiple locations. You will play a key role in influencing culture, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience
  • Experience with TQM, ISO/QS 9000, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Demonstrated strong safety mindset
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and team building

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional Quality Assurance strategy and execution across multiple sites
  • Drive Lean Management initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Foster a strong quality-first culture in partnership with site leadership
  • Oversee compliance with ISO, AS, or TS standards, where applicable
  • Participate in the Corporate Quality Improvement Board (CQIB)
  • Report on the effectiveness of the regional Quality Assurance system
  • Analyze customer and vendor claims, including trend reporting
  • Lead Corrective/Preventative Action processes (CPAR)
  • Conduct quarterly site visits for training, coaching, and alignment
  • Coordinate internal and external Quality System audits
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners
  • Partner with leadership to establish quality goals and performance metrics
  • Support training and development in Quality, Lean, and Safety
  • Lead or support Lean and Quality team members, including supervisory responsibilities as needed
