The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality engineers and technicians at the Goodyear, AZ manufacturing site.

Requirements

Lead a team of quality engineers and technicians
Support new product development and current production
Improve systems
Guide quality improvements
Mentor and grow Quality team members
Develop and implement process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Control Plans and Capability / Statistical Studies
Identify issues, root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures using statistical tools
Measure, analyze and communicate Quality Metrics
Develop, implement and maintain internal and external audit systems and qualification processes

Responsibilities

Hire, lead and develop site Quality Assurance team functions including Fabrication, Assembly, Calibration, Metrology and Customer Assurance Labs.
Creates site Quality Department goals, objectives and budgets that align with the Corporate Strategy.
Provides leadership and direction for advanced product quality planning, including development and implementation of process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Control Plans and Capability / Statistical Studies.
Build a culture of quality through problem-solving and continuous improvement. Assists the department to identify issues, root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures using statistical tools when needed.
Measure, analyze and communicate of Quality Metrics to assure data-based decisions.
Develop, implement and maintain internal and external audit systems and qualification processes.
