About The Position

The Quality Manager is a pivotal leadership role at Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc., responsible for the end-to-end quality function across two distinct business units: Precision Tooling and Door Manufacturing. This individual will serve as the site's quality authority — maintaining and evolving the established ISO 9001 Quality Management System on the Tooling side while simultaneously building, formalizing, and leading the quality infrastructure for the growing Door Manufacturing operation. On the Door Manufacturing side, the incumbent will take initial ownership of newly established quality guidelines aligned with our largest customer's requirements and Weber's own internal standards. Refining these guidelines, closing gaps, and establishing a robust inspection regime are the immediate priorities. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of Quality Inspectors to support this side of the business, building capability from the ground up. In addition, this role carries full accountability for maintaining active NAMI and Energy Star certifications, with ownership of any additional industry or customer-specific certifications that may be introduced over time. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Quality Manager plays a strategic role in Weber's commitment to precision, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement — values that sit at the heart of the Weber brand.
