About The Position

The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems as prescribed by Company directives and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction with all levels of service and repair. This role involves data analysis, communication, and issue resolution, focusing on prevention and continuous improvement. The manager will also oversee warehouse efficiencies, cost reduction programs, and team leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or science-related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards/processes/procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
  • English as primary or secondary language.
  • Computer knowledge, functionality, and technical interaction of sub-assemblies.
  • Ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and follow written instructions and ideas.
  • Requires the repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools.
  • Must be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen.
  • Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management systems as prescribed by Company directives and processes ensuring customer satisfaction with all levels of service and repair.
  • Ensure that the Company's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Support the Quality team to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's outputs.
  • Analyze failures and perform corrective and preventive actions to respond to internal/external customer complaints.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and procedures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of supplier failures, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Prepare QA weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
  • Develop training to build quality awareness.
  • Manage supplier performance and conduct/coordinate audits.
  • Attend/host meetings with internal/external customers presenting quality results and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with systems specialists on shop floor enhancements and methods to reduce/eliminate human error.
  • Maintain and approve employee timecards.
  • Implement warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas that are causing product and delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
  • Maintain a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
  • Foster a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
  • Communicate and work well with all business partners.
  • Ensure inventory management and merchandise allocation flows product through the warehouse in the most cost-efficient and productive manner.
