About The Position

BAE Systems Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) business area is seeking a Program Quality Manager in the Adaptive Communications & Sensing Product Line. Our Quality Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our C4ISR Systems, which are used by military and government agencies around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6-8+ years of engineering/technical experience or 10-12+ years of engineering/technical experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, or mentor
  • Communication in a clear, concise and professional manner with multiple customers in different organizations, functions and the US Government
  • Interpersonal communication in verbal and written formats
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point
  • Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplined team
  • Ability to work independently with little to no oversight
  • Producting high quality work in a face paced, dynamic work environment
  • Customer Requirements and flow down into program execution and tasking

  • Prior Quality Assurance Engineering experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality engineering efforts to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for C4ISR programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Supervise and develop a team of quality engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including AS9100
  • Analyze and resolve complex quality issues, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
