The purpose of the role is to implement the end-to-end repair and Circularity service processes, excluding Repair Time Effectiveness (RTE)/Repair Time Standard (RTS) processes, within the local Tool Service Center (TSC) based on global AMS standards documented in Global Processes Management System (GPMS) and within relevant regional databases. This team member will be responsible for driving operational excellence, integrating new process standardization, and leading quality and inventory improvement topics across circularity and repair. They will be responsible for implementing best practices for the end-to-end process and driving lean implementation. Additionally, they will be coordinating technical system aspects and engaging with MO, regional, and global stakeholders as needed. They will be supporting four different service centers ranging from small to large on AMS processes.
