About The Position

The purpose of the role is to implement the end-to-end repair and Circularity service processes, excluding Repair Time Effectiveness (RTE)/Repair Time Standard (RTS) processes, within the local Tool Service Center (TSC) based on global AMS standards documented in Global Processes Management System (GPMS) and within relevant regional databases. This team member will be responsible for driving operational excellence, integrating new process standardization, and leading quality and inventory improvement topics across circularity and repair. They will be responsible for implementing best practices for the end-to-end process and driving lean implementation. Additionally, they will be coordinating technical system aspects and engaging with MO, regional, and global stakeholders as needed. They will be supporting four different service centers ranging from small to large on AMS processes. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) years of relevant job-related experience, required.
  • Strong ability to transfer knowledge of Hilti products, applications, and services to training participants, required.
  • Strong math skills required.
  • Strong mechanical skills required.
  • Strong training and presentation skills required.
  • Proficient in ERP System (preferably SAP), PowerPoint, Windows, and Excel required.
  • Strong aptitude to learn and use various types of software. (Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and Hilti Software Products).
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills required.
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and customer care skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of construction methods and building codes preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current and historical field repairable items preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all processes related to Irving TSC (Repair, Circularity, and Premium Tool Pool).
  • Work closely with Team Leads and TSC Manager to identify workload trends and execute daily priorities.
  • Maintain SAP processes in compliance with Internal Control Systems (ICS), GPMS, and local process requirements.
  • Maintain and improve documentation and reporting systems within the facility.
  • Design and implement initiatives to sustain and improve performance with all necessary stakeholders.
  • Drive the design and optimization of Health, Safety and Environment processes, systems and workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate open communication between other TSC operations to achieve outstanding results and share best practices.
  • Lead and execute team continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Train multiple level users in processes, data and systems to follow global best practices across the support, circularity and repair team.
  • Drive consistent improvements in HNA spare part re-use, spare parts utilization rates, and full tool re-use.
  • Partner with global and local stakeholders to analyze and drive spare parts reuse portfolio across HNA to maximize distribution and potential savings.
  • Collaborate on new project rollouts within the TSC to ensure proper timelines, requirements, and process standardizations are executed and captured.
