About The Position
Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee our Quality Assurance team while helping maintain and improve our Quality Management System. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturer serving industry-leading customers.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO Quality Systems
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
- Strong knowledge of CAPA
- Strong knowledge of FMEA
- Strong knowledge of PPAP
- Strong knowledge of Control Plans
- Strong knowledge of Technical Drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A passion for developing people and improving processes
Responsibilities
- Supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
- Maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems and documentation
- Leading internal audits and supporting customer audits
- Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)
- Monitoring quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting new product launches
- Working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations
- Building a culture focused on quality, accountability, and process excellence
