The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Managing Quality Management System global projects to successful completion that are typically medium in scale and complexity. Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring project related activities. As a QMS Project Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Develop and manage project plans for project lifecycle governance. Conduct global cross-functional working sessions and regular team meetings to advance projects. Develop metrics and/or reports to monitor implementations. Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4+ years of project management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Device experience.
• QMS experience.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
