Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice To Haves
- Medical Device experience
- QMS experience
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (FDA, ISO13485:2016)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with diverse groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Experience in presenting to senior leadership
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification
Responsibilities
- Managing Quality Management System global projects to successful completion that are typically medium in scale and complexity.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, documenting, and monitoring project related activities.
- Lead global QMS project implementations using applicable project management tools and methodologies.
- Develop and manage project plans for project lifecycle governance.
- Conduct global cross-functional working sessions and regular team meetings to advance projects.
- Develop metrics and/or reports to monitor implementations.
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
