About The Position

Ascension St. John's Medical Center is seeking a Quality Management Program Coordinator to join their Total Quality Management department. This full-time role, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, is based in Tulsa, OK. Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired
• Excellent organization skills, technologically savvy and experience with PolicyStat a plus
• Experience with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) is helpful

• Enhances operational efficiency by identifying workflow bottlenecks and enabling teams to implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Strengthens the hospital’s reputation and accreditation standing by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and readiness for external inspections.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, empowering staff at all levels to actively participate in quality and safety efforts.
