As the Quality Learning Systems Specialist you are responsible for ensuring services, processes, and facilities are in compliance with the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations. Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and drives improvements. Conducts process quality audit and documents inspection records. Requires understanding of external standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Lean Six Sigma for quality in their industry field. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, quality processes, auditing, regulatory compliance, and GxP requirements.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methods, change control, risk management, and data integrity principles in a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Technical/functional capabilities: Intermediate proficiency in auditing, change control, continuous improvement process, data integrity, GxP, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, quality processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Works independently with general supervision.
  • Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
  • Ensure services, processes, and facilities comply with Quality Assurance standards, applicable regulations, and relevant international quality standards.
  • Establish and apply quantitative quality measurements and techniques to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct process quality audits, maintain inspection records, and support improvements through effective change control, risk management, and data integrity practices.
