About The Position

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Business Quality Leader (BQL) for the Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration portfolios. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the Manage Product Quality (MPQ) strategy to ensure product excellence, drive operational performance, and enable sustainable growth globally. The BQL will ensure consistent delivery on customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business performance goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field required.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in quality leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
  • Expertise in quality systems (including ISO 9001 and cGMP), regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on risk management, prioritization, and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deploy the MPQ Business Quality Strategy, aligning quality systems with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Establish and govern quality system architecture, operating discipline, and certification standards.
  • Ensure compliance with global product quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a customer-first quality culture across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer-facing quality metrics, including a targeted 25% YoY reduction in defective parts per million (DPPM).
  • Partner with operations and manufacturing technology to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
  • Ensure robust quality systems across product specifications & validation, new product introduction (NPI), external manufacturing & supplier quality, raw materials & incoming inspections, and end-to-end supply chain and distribution quality.
  • Lead effective CAPA processes to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a network of quality professionals across global sites.
  • Drive adoption of quality tools, metrics, and training across the business.
  • Optimize leveraged quality resources and processes for efficiency and impact.
  • Lead and coach on supplier audits and robust incoming materials inspection.
