They are committed to improving the services they provide and are looking for someone with the same ambition. The post holder will be integral to ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across all sites in North Northamptonshire. As part of the service management team, the role will involve a quality improvement and development function, including creating and undertaking regular and cyclical audits of all aspects of service delivery, collating areas of best practice, implementing quality improvement plans, and evaluating impact.
