Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
The willingness to obtain and maintain an IPC-A-610 certification within 90 days of hire.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Basic math skills.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
The ability to work independently while collaborating well with a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience

Responsibilities

Inspecting incoming materials, circuit boards, and components to ensure they meet specifications.
Performing in-process inspections to verify workmanship, component placement, and production quality.
Conducting final inspections before products are shipped to customers.
Identifying defects and documenting nonconforming materials.
Preparing quality documentation, including Certificates of Compliance, ROHS documentation, and inspection records.
Taking photographs and maintaining accurate quality records.
Working closely with production, supervisors, and leadership to resolve quality concerns.
Following ANSI sampling plans, IPC standards, and customer requirements to ensure every product meets expectations.
