About The Position
We're recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a leading precision metal manufacturer in Allentown, PA. Requirements
- 3-5 years' Quality Inspection experience within manufacturing
- Experience inspecting precision machined components
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T
- Knowledge of ANSI and IATF 16949 quality standards
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of machined components
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, thread gauges and ring gauges
- Ensure products meet engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions
- Complete inspection reports and quality documentation
- Communicate inspection results with Production and Quality teams
- Perform follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions
- Operate CMM equipment (training or experience is an advantage)
