About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This hands-on role ensures products meet engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and company quality standards.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
Blueprint-reading and computer/data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, adapt to process changes, and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a FARO Arm.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections at various production stages.
Inspect finished products against specifications using a FARO Arm and other inspection equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and acceptance criteria.
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profilometers, and other measuring tools to verify product quality.
Perform dimensional and surface roughness (Ra) inspections.
Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions accurately.
Help production teams troubleshoot quality issues and resolve nonconformances.
Support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist with maintaining inspection standards and documentation under Quality and Engineering leadership.
Verify invoices against packing slips and maintain organized paperwork.
Organize pallets and boxes and lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
