About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This hands-on role ensures products meet engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and company quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Blueprint-reading and computer/data-entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to process changes, and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a FARO Arm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections at various production stages.
  • Inspect finished products against specifications using a FARO Arm and other inspection equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and acceptance criteria.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profilometers, and other measuring tools to verify product quality.
  • Perform dimensional and surface roughness (Ra) inspections.
  • Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions accurately.
  • Help production teams troubleshoot quality issues and resolve nonconformances.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist with maintaining inspection standards and documentation under Quality and Engineering leadership.
  • Verify invoices against packing slips and maintain organized paperwork.
  • Organize pallets and boxes and lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
