About The Position

Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking a Quality Inspector for a full-time W-2 position at a local facility that focuses on power generation and metal fabrication. This role requires a quality control or electrical background. Immediate hire is available for qualified applicants. The position offers a pay range of $20-$24 per hour, based on experience and interview. A 1st shift is available. Health insurance is offered after 90 days of employment, and PTO is provided during the first 30 days. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, with some Saturdays and weekly overtime available.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, fabrication, electricity, and manufacturing
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of electrical testing and manufacturing techniques
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits to verify products meet specifications
• Electrical testing and verification
• Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Implement quality control processes in line with CGMP guidelines
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain and improve quality systems
• Inspect and fabricate components to ensure compliance with quality standards
