About The Position
Join Heyco, a PennEngineering company, and a certified Great Place to Work®! We are looking for a Quality Inspector to work in our injection molding department. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring tools
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of parts and materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Verify dimensions, performance, and product characteristics using inspection equipment
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
