The Quality Control Inspector will monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure they meet requirements and that any necessary corrective actions are properly performed and recorded. This role involves conducting and supporting internal audits to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are followed, and verifying product labeling and changeovers for accuracy. The inspector will acquire samples using aseptic technique, label and collect routine pre-harvest and post-harvest product samples, and enter sample orders into the laboratory portal. Responsibilities also include ensuring samples are given to delivery drivers with proper chain of custody, performing data entry for validation studies, monitoring inventory of supplies, providing training, and undertaking other quality-related tasks as assigned. The shift schedule is 8 PM - 8 AM on a rotational basis: Monday-Tuesday & Friday-Saturday one week, and Wednesday-Thursday the following week.
