About The Position

We are seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector is responsible for providing testing and inspection support to Supply Technologies branches. This role involves recording technical information, dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing. The Quality Inspector will also provide technical support to internal customers as requested, including drawing and specification review with interpretations. Additionally, this position supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, which includes creating customer sample submissions like PPAP, FAI, and ISIR. The Quality Inspector is also responsible for the maintenance and calibration of inspection and testing equipment.

Requirements

Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
Understand drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
Proficient with metrology methods utilizing an array of inspection equipment.
Knowledgeable in gage calibration.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
Proficient computer skills
Professional manner and appearance
Self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills
Minimum three years of experience in a related field.

Nice To Haves

Two-year degree in related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
