About The Position

Provide Quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects
Read and follow work instructions and general processes
Use measuring or testing equipment as needed
Ensure products meet quality standards
Display excellent customer service
Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
Collect and record data
Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
Any other duties as assigned
Perform and document visual inspection to verify product is free from visible defects, rust, damage, contamination, deformation, surface irregularities, or any condition that would affect fit, form, or function.
Perform and document dimensional verification to verify critical dimensions against the latest approved engineering drawing/print. Segregate and report any parts found outside specification immediately to the supplier.
Perform and document identification and label verification to confirm all labels are accurate and legible, part numbers match customer requirements, and quantities are correct.
Verify skid, bundle, or banded unit identification, ensuring labels include at minimum: Part Number, Quantity, and any required or traceability information (e.g., Sales Order).
Comply with site safety requirements and wear required PPE at all times while on the Supplier Production floor.
