About The Position

Boeing is seeking aspiring inspectors to join their Quality Inspector Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This program is designed to equip new team members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees will participate in a full-time, company-sponsored on-the-job training program. The apprenticeship aims to develop the skills necessary for a Quality Inspector role, including interpreting drawings and blueprints, operating measuring instruments, following inspection and statistical sampling procedures, and performing tests on various products and assemblies using different types of equipment. The program is a 7-week course, and upon completion, candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of a Quality Inspector.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer experience and competency
Experience working with precision measuring tools
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An Interim U.S Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
