The Quality Improvement Lead reports to the Executive Director and takes lead of the quality processes by fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement with a focus and emphasis on safety. They are responsible for conducting general orientation for all new employees, contracted employees, volunteers, private caregivers, agency staff and students in the Home as set out by the Ministry of Health in the Long Term Care Homes Act and regulation 79/210.
