The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional multitasking and organizational skills. A strong understanding of BDDS, Community living supports, behavioral health, CIH/FSW services (Legacy Waiver homes) supportive regulations and the IDD population is essential. The candidate should also possess knowledge in risk management, risk analysis, and quality improvement, with the ability to provide effective education and training to staff.
