About The Position

Performs a wide variety of data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to support and coordinate the Medical Staff’s and Hospital’s performance improvement efforts. Acts as a resource to Physician Chiefs, Committee Chairpersons, Hospital Department Directors and Managers, and teams and task forces regarding the development and implementation of performance improvement activities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • A minimum of three years job-related experience or equivalent is required.
  • RN state licensure is also required

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential preferred.
  • Critical care experience strongly preferred.
