Quality Improvement Nurse - Home Health
About The Position
The Quality Improvement Nurse reviews and evaluates medical records to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and agency policies and procedures. The role collects and analyzes data related to performance improvement and risk management, and plans, implements, and evaluates action plans focused on identified opportunities for improvement. The nurse participates in staff training and education to support the provision and documentation of high-quality care, and assists clinical management with identifying patterns and developing corrective action plans. Tower Health at Home provides services that help patients recover from short-term illnesses or manage chronic conditions at home. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Maintain all competencies and complete trainings required for the role.
- Hold a Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
- Obtain BLS Certification within 60 days of hire.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, change management, customer service, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, medical terminology knowledge, multitasking, organizational skills, presentation skills, service orientation, and teamwork.
