About The Position

Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy is seeking a Quality Improvement Navigator. This position is a highly responsible professional position that requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently. Must possess excellent organization and communication skills; knowledge of business practices, non-profit regulations, and programming and services for persons with disabilities. Quality Improvement Navigator serves as QI specialist which supervises the Maintenance Specialist and Medical Scheduler/Transporter positions. This is a professional salaried position which requires considerable judgement and independent decision making. The position is ‘exempt’ from overtime requirements and may require over 40 hours work per week with some frequency. Must be proficient on the latest business related computerized software, i.e., word processing and spread sheets.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Knowledge of business practices, non-profit regulations, and programming and services for persons with disabilities
  • Proficient on the latest business related computerized software, i.e., word processing and spread sheets
  • Four (4) year degree from an accredited University in Business Administration, Health Care/Health Services Administration or Public Administration
  • At least five (5) years progressive administrative experience working in the social service industry
  • Must pass a background screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • A two (2) year degree and/or 10 years of experience may be considered
  • RN or LPN license a plus
