The right candidate will possess high levels of organization, be able to work independently, and have demonstrated data coordination and communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Interest in healthcare, data management, and/or behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Support data tracking and reporting for Behavioral Health programs
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly QI reports
• Monitor completion of required documentation and conduct follow-up with related team members
• Track incident reports, safety inspections, and key program metrics
• Assist with preparing materials for QI meetings
• Assist with client survey distribution and tracking
• Respond to internal requests pertaining to data, reporting, and documentation in a timely manner
