Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to use Excel
- Epic EMR
- Familiar with the Pharmacy system and medication adherence
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Medication Adherence for overall quality and performance among Medicare advantage plan patients as well as the UTHET population at large.
- Medication adherence within medicare advantage within a large population.
- Responsible for documenting and confirming patients' prescriptions are filled.
- Be mindful of other pharmacy programs' health plans may offer to assist when addressing adherence barriers.
