To further this mission, Callen-Lorde promotes health education and wellness, and advocates for LGBTQ+ health issues. The Quality Improvement Associate supports the Quality team in advancing clinical performance and patient care outcomes. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Improvement, this role is responsible for monitoring key quality measures, identifying care gaps, and coordinating outreach efforts to ensure patients receive appropriate preventive services and chronic disease management. The Associate collaborates closely with providers, care teams, and external partners to drive data-informed improvements and enhance patient outcomes.
