This position directly supports Center for Life Management's mission to improve access to behavioral healthcare by facilitating timely medical record processing, promoting client engagement, supporting quality monitoring activities, and ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes that contribute to high-quality, person-centered care. The Quality Improvement Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Quality Improvement Department by coordinating activities that promote regulatory compliance, improve access to care, support client engagement, and enhance the quality of clinical services. This position plays an important role in facilitating medical record requests, monitoring engagement and discharge processes, supporting quality improvement and community behavioral health center certification initiatives, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with agency-wide performance monitoring. This position provides support to the Quality Improvement Department to implement Rural Health Transformation Initiatives, including CCBHC Certification. The Quality Improvement Assistant works collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and leadership staff to ensure timely completion of quality improvement activities and compliance with organizational, state, and federal requirements. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week, and is considered non-exempt in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
