About The Position

The Quality & HSE Manager at Freudenberg is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality System and site-level Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. Key duties include conducting management reviews, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and preparing the organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits. The role involves providing leadership, oversight, and governance for HSE programs, ensuring their effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team. Additionally, the manager is tasked with reviewing and analyzing HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years in quality management
• Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, ISO standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• General demonstrated knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct management reviews of the Quality System
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions
• Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits
• Provides leadership oversight and governance for site‑level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team
• Ensure effective site level review and analyzation of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions
