As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY Is on the lookout for a highly motivated Quality & HSE Analyst to join our team in Mesa, AZ. Reporting to the Senior Manager of QHSE, this role is responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s integrated Quality and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system. The Analyst acts as a key link between corporate QHSE governance and site-level execution, ensuring that standardized processes, tools, and requirements are effectively implemented in operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling compliance, improving process performance, and strengthening cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Quality, HSE, or operations support in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience with ERP, QMS, and/or reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety processes (NCR, CAPA, audits, inspections)
  • Familiarity with ISO-based systems (ISO 9001 required; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 considered an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to work in structured, process-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Execute deployment and sustainment of corporate BMS processes, standards, and tools at site level
  • Ensure alignment of local practices with global Quality and HSE governance requirements
  • Support execution of Quality processes including NCRs, CAPAs, inspections, and control plans
  • Support HSE activities including incident reporting, risk assessments, and compliance tracking
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
  • Maintain QHSE documentation, process records, and version-controlled materials
  • Support KPI tracking, reporting, and preparation of management review inputs
  • Gather and escalate feedback from site teams to support continuous improvement of the BMS
