About The Position

The Quality & Food Safety Manager will develop, implement, and maintain food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices while supporting product innovation and R&D initiatives. This role involves conducting risk assessments, process improvements, and providing technical guidance for new product development. A key responsibility is managing the implementation of the digitalization of the Food Safety System across all sites, leveraging digital technologies to enhance the efficiency of quality management systems and achieve robust regulatory compliance across the entire organization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Food Science, Quality Management, or Biological Sciences
• Two years of experience as a Quality & Food Safety Manager or Sensory Scientist
• Experience in quality management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the food industry
• Experience with FSMA regulations

Responsibilities
