About The Position

As a Quality Engineering Test Manager in Managed Application Services (MAS) at RSM, you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of our quality assurance practices including: Leading quality assurance projects associated with ERP implementations Developing and implementing test strategies Defect management Continuous improvement of testing processes Collaborating with cross-functional teams This role requires excellent testing skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team, maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and stakeholders, and help ensure successful projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test management, with at least 2 years with project management experience.
  • Experience in testing ERP software
  • Functional knowledge of ERP software
  • In-depth knowledge of test management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc)
  • Proven ability to project manage a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with automation (e.g., Leapwork, Toska, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g., Leapwork, NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter).

Responsibilities

  • Managing quality assurance projects guiding teams of quality assurance engineers and testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high performance of our clients’ software products.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.
  • Establishing and maintaining defect tracking and management processes to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of software issues.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product management, and operations.
  • Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports to effectively communicate test progress, results, and quality status to stakeholders.
