About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead position for our client. This role involves leading end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, plans, cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria, as well as managing test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution. This position requires coordinating testing efforts across business users, QA/testing teams, developers, project managers, and senior stakeholders, while managing testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes to ensure alignment with project requirements, business objectives, and client expectations.

Strong experience managing end-to-end software testing and UAT.
Experience leading test programs and coordinating cross-functional testing teams.
Experience developing test strategies, plans, cases, execution schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.
Experience managing testing delivery, risks, quality, scope, and schedules.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities
