We are seeking an intern to join our team for the summer in our Quality department. The quality engineering intern will learn many aspects of our business. The successful candidate will take part in a compensated internship program and will spend time developing skills in quality control and quality engineering.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in their Sophomore+ year in college, earning a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/sales.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Must have solid computer skills, with experience in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with AutoCAD and blueprints is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop skills in quality control and quality engineering.
Understand ISO 9000/9001 requirements.
Understand Production Part Approval Process.
Understand Quality as it relates to manufacturing.
Understand Internal Audit Process.
Gain a thorough understanding of the products and services CTI provides to customers as well as the manufacturing process standards.
