The Quality Engineering Co-op will support the quality systems and continuous-improvement activities that help ensure Resonetics delivers reliable, high-quality medical-device components and assemblies. This role offers practical experience with regulated manufacturing, inspection, data analysis, process validation, and problem solving. Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Interest in regulated manufacturing and medical-device quality systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to clearly document technical information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations related to nonconforming material, customer feedback, corrective actions, and process deviations.
• Support quality data collection, trending, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help maintain quality records, inspection documentation, and controlled procedures.
• Participate in process-validation and qualification activities, including collection and review of supporting data.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist with internal audit preparation and other quality-system activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
