About The Position

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to serve as a necessary bridge between engineering, manufacturing and customer support. The X-ES Quality team maintains and implements the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Quality Management / Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Three years’ experience with ISO 9001:2015 or similar Quality Management System, or equivalent.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize and complete work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.

Nice To Haves

  • AS9100 experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required, with technical writing and editing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee internal process audits and assess non-conformance.
  • Facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Perform process gap analysis.
  • Facilitate the definition, documentation and revision of procedures and work instructions related to all company functions.
  • Compile and analyze performance metrics, and provide management with suggestions for improvement.
  • Represent the company as point of contact for vendor and customer quality departments, including on-site audits.
