Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline (completed and verified prior to start) and (1) one year of quality manufacturing or quality laboratory experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND five (5) years of quality manufacturing or quality laboratory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Experience leading teams or managing project-based work, including coordination of tasks, timelines, or deliverables
  • Experience working with autoclave sterilization processes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operations

Responsibilities

  • Support plant and division efforts to characterize and standardize test vessel process performance parameters for process/product understanding
  • Assist with product qualifications and test cycle development
  • Run experiments to characterize vessel performance and variability, and make recommendations using a risk/benefit approach to a cross-functional audience
  • Develop system requirements and specifications for test vessels
  • Support vessel trouble shooting, investigation, and analysis to address anomalous product performance
  • Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
