Process Engineer (Onsite - Brookings, SD)

As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by providing process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility, leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/projects, project planning, management and implementation, participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement, and providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) or High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing or engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work on a wide range of technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Providing process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility
- Leading and/or contributing to various cross functional teams/projects
- Project planning, management and implementation
- Participating in continuous improvement project initiation, leadership, execution and measurement
- Providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization
- Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
