Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Experience supporting Agile development teams.
Strong understanding of Context-Driven Testing principles.
Experience applying Session-Based Testing methodologies.
Experience building test strategies, test plans, and quality approaches.
Experience performing API and database testing.
Experience estimating testing efforts and identifying quality risks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to investigate, synthesize, and communicate technical findings clearly.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Experience with Context-Driven and Session-Based Testing.
Experience with API and database testing.
Experience supporting Agile teams.
Strong English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or other automation tools.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
Experience with heuristic-based testing approaches.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in sprint planning, quality discussions, and testing strategy sessions.
Design and execute exploratory, context-driven, and session-based testing activities.
Create test plans, coverage outlines, and testing reports.
Identify quality risks and concerns early in the development lifecycle.
Execute testing sessions, investigate issues, and document findings.
Diagnose, prioritize, and report defects effectively.
Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to improve software quality.
Promote continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes.
Contribute to building a strong quality culture across Agile teams.
Continuously evolve your testing craft through modern quality engineering practices.
