Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of experience in a Quality related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a Quality Engineer role.
  • Ability to operate test equipment (i.e. CMM, Optical Comparitor, Shaker Table, etc.).
  • Proficiency with the operation of basic measuring devices (i.e. Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, Digital Protractor, Force Gages, Torques Wrenches, etc.)
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software .
  • Knowledge of the automotive core tools (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, SPC & MSA).
